I flew in last tuesday night from Kotzebue Ak., Kotz is located on the West Coast of Central Alaska at the southern side of the Arctic Circle. 2 days later Im bedridden from strep throat, so Ive spent Fri. until today bed-bound. Today however I felt good enough to install some stuff Ive had sitting around along with the new arrivals. The QA1's bolted in in about 4 minutes after they arrived. Since I was doing the brakes and expecting the shocks I was ready for them when the fed-ex guy brought them into the garage he laughed pretty good when he heard the air wrench tightening down the passenger side before he was even back to his truck. So all in all it took me six hours for the brakes, shocks, and the Jeepin by Al's upper a-arms. The a-arms were a cinch, the bitch of them is that fricking bolt on each side closest to the fire wall!!! Great day, feeling good about getting in some shop class time and being able to enjoy a couple of cold beers.
