Re: Check engine lights do matter!!!

There is soo much that can affect your short time that it is really hard to tell unless you have full race slip, trouble shooting equipment just for such a situation. Could have been wheel spin, tune, tranny is still very new, convertor slip, tranny clutch slipping, ETC... If you can match your engine rpms to your tranny driveshaft speed some math can get you some info on if your TC or tranny is slipping. Maybe the transfer case not working just right and didn't get him ful AWD right off the line. Rememeber the amount of time he is short is so small that it is invisble to the driver, only through the timing equipment at the track is why it's noticed.

Bubbe correct me if i'm wrong but was your Average 60' like a 1.92? not your best but your averagel times. So a 2 flat is not that far off.
