If you haven't figured it out, I am trying to put as much distance between us as possible

I pushed up the boost on the big end to about 8.5 today on the last run, but I also monkeyed with a couple settings it didn't like, so no benefit seen. Where I see I really need to push it up is in first and second. Probably going to pop a slightly stiffer waste gate spring in so I am not working boost control as hard and see if I can't get the boost up on the low end.

I am beginning to think the cheesy log style exhaust manifolds are starting to hurt now as I may not be able to get more exhaust flow down low where I need more boost.

I also have a one size smaller AR turbine housing that would be explosive out of the hole, but not wanting to go that route just yet as it may limit me on the big end of the track.

If I can add 2 more psi down low, we will definitely be in the 12's.

Tim, don't take this the wrong way and think I'm raining on your thread, but I didn't see you get back to me re my thoughts on the whole ABS thing?
Are you still of the belief you've banished torque management, or are you aligning with me more?
If it's cutting timing and closing the throttle for TM, it'll never really crank off the line.

I'd like to know what this system will do for the SRT8. Times? AWHP?

I am sure the dashhawk numbers are off some, but I still feel it can do better than the 13.45. Todays conditions were different than the other night, I was a lot more heat soaked, and a slight uphill grade in the last part of the track.

I know how it felt in the run the other night, and today it just did not feel quite as crisp and acceleration felt down a bit.

I was leaning on it hard today, tried a couple things it did not like as well, and at one point on my datalogs in the run that I might have touched a 12, I saw my throttle body voltage get cut in half for almost 4/10's of a second which really killed power.

That was the run I was neck and neck with a charger R/t that took me by about 3/4 or so car length, and it ran a 12.8 @ 106

I will post the fastest slip tomorrow when I can scan it, and put it in the first post.

It is a single turbo, and I was pushing it up to 8.5 psi in 3rd gear, needed a little more fuel, and some additional timing retard.

Hi Marlin, no taking it the wrong way. I posted elsewhere in your thread that there are two parts of torque management, the TCM/ABS thing, and the ECU/ETC (electronic throttle control) portion.

Up till today, I was not seeing my ETC voltage being cut, but today I was pushing things a bit, and the system did not like it, so I saw the ETC voltage get cut in half for almost 4/10's of a second, so I agree there are multiple parts of TM, the ABS fuse is one part and a big help, but more is needed.

Here is a link to one of my systems on an SRT-8, forged internals, 6.1 displacement at 10 psi.

NCTS Cherokee SRT-8 Turbo, 529 AWHP, 707 AWTQ VIDEO!

I have a pair of slips from the prototype SRT-8, and he was running back to back 11.95's out of the box. I will post them as soon as I find them in the hard drive!

We are dialing in MiamiMac's SRT-8 down in Florida, he can tell you what it does, send him a PM, or search under his user name on here.

Here is a link to a post with a video of his Jeep.

Just wanted to see your step by step times 60' , 330 ,1/8 . I was expecting at least a 13.1-2 but you'll get there

Yeah, I was seeing some TM between the 2/3rd shift, and was getting ugly, at one point pulled half voltage off the ETC for almost 4/10 second, boost dropped off to like 4 psi for that period, needed a bit more fuel and a little more timing retard as I was pushing boost to the limit of my fuel table and needed to expand it a couple cells.

Also, the big end of the track was where it started to rise in elevation, which did not help any!
