2014 Grand Cherokee SRT8 or SUMMIT

Hello guys,

I really need some advice from you. Here in Mexico it's very difficult to get a Grand Cherokee SRT8 and not so difficult to get the Summit.

There is only one option of the SRT8 in black that I do like. There are more choices of the summit in the dealers.

My question is... Do I go for the SRT8? I'm 36 years old, married and I usually drive in the city.

My thought is to get the SRT8 since it is more difficult to get it but I just want to hear your thoughts. Would I get tired of the SRT8?

Thanks

So I Just got a call from a dealer saying that my new SRT is arriving tomorrow, black color. What do you think about the black color? I mean, I couldn't choose color because of the SRT being sold out.

I do like the black color, the only downside for me is that the black front grill and the hood vents get lost in the black color. Do you know any store that has grills or hood vents in other colors/materials?

Will be posting pictures as soon as I get my hands on the monster.

Plasti dip....thats the only thing I can think of now. Unless you wanna shell out a good bit of money and get something custom done legit.

its better in person and I think once you get it...you will change your mind. Did you get the black chrome wheels?

I think the wheels are dark grey, not the black chrome. We only get one trim in Mexico, the good part is that we get the fully loaded version.

I had never heard of plasti dip but I think that is a good way to go without making bigger changes.

I have the summit in black I think you will like the color. it is a metallic black not a flat black I think it looks good.
