Coolant Temperature help!

Hello all...I just purchased a new 2015 Willy's Wrangler. This is my first new jeep. My question is what is the coolant temperature supposed to be at idle? I have the EVIC and it said 226 degrees then started to cool down. Temperatures outside were in the low 60's. Is this normal? Please help?
