I will say I have noticed massive variations in fit and finish on the Jeeps at my dealer, a situation I'm concerned about, for fear of getting one like you obviously have!
Do you "know" cars? ie, do you feel if a good panel shop was to re-align the panels there would be an improvement to your satisfaction?
The seat issue is a no-brainer, it MUST be fixed.
Seems the dealer fitting the tow bar/flaps etc has some serious staff issues given the poor fitments. There is NO excuse for shoddy work and you're right to DEMAND a fix.
