Low intrest rate and low monthy payments. Our definition of low probably different so ill leave it up to you. On the vehicle, does everything work? Does it drive nice and is there any obvious signs of wear and tear that can be fixex at the dealership. Things like tires and brakes. Or any leaks, small stuff that can easily fixed eighter before signing or as a diy thing.

Well, sadly my credit score dropped a touch because it reported before I paid off a CC and I just bought 35 acres of land, so sadly 5% for 72mo is as good as I could do, but that's only $28 different per month than 2.75%, so I'm not too sad.

They made $400 on the deal due to negative trade equity. They refused to pay doc fees. Stone cold denied. At that point I knew they had shaved it thin because you don't let a $1500 deal walk on $250 worth of fees.

I have tried very hard to have the credit I do at 28. I played the game starting around my early 20s and got my first loc joint with dad at 21. First cc on my own at 23. First car at 25 (z06. New. Proud of that!). Credit score is a game to me ive spent hours talking with bank managers learning how to play. It took me from 22 to 25 to hit 700+.

What I learned? It's mostly just algorithms. Revolving debt. Types and lengths of account etc. I'd take out loans just to pay them off. It's interesting to see what does what. Truth is though Noone knows 100% how fico scores are derived.
