jeep 2004 liberty 3.7L overheating

I have overheating issues with no heat to the cab. I have spent close to $4000 to fix this problem with no success. The radiator, heater core, thermostat and water pump have all been replaced. Had coolant replaced and a flush completed. driving around town all seems fine, when on the highway(higher speeds) it overheats, move to the slow lane to control heat, it brings it down. I realized I am stubborn and willing to spend a few more bucks to fix this problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
