Depends on how much you love your Jeep.
You might be lucky and have no damage at all, albeit unlikely. It then comes down to how bad the damage is. Bent valves is probably a given though. You could be looking at a bill of £400 ish for a worse case repair.
It might even be cheaper to chuck in a new (used) engine.
