Unhappy Mass Air Flow Sensor Fault

My 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel has the MAF sensor fault code AGAIN. The MAF sensor is rarely replaced once in the lifetime of a normal vehicle, let alone 3 times. Jeep is running well, fuel economy is great, seems to be no problem. Anyone else ever had this issue and resolved it?
