Hey folks,
Just picked up a new to me 2014 Jeep SRT with 28K miles on the clock with extended 5 year warranty till 2019. Car is in excellent condition and with the limited time I've driven (around 93 miles), it's a great car!
I'm especially impressed with the quietness/smoothness of the ride, the build quality of the material (majority of it), the way it drives, and of course the power it has.
I'm not too fond of the wheels it came with (Goliath) and I'm not too fond of the spider monkey's either so I need a solution, especially that I don't want to upgrade to 22's now and buy a new set of wheels AND tires and most likely follow it with a drop. I will also most likely not find a buyer for the current OEMs anyway so I can't use those funds to help on any new purchase.
The solution is either I paint them in regular Alloy color as the picture somehow shows (even though they are actually polished) or paint them black semi-gloss. The fully polished wheel is just a bit too much - I feel I'm riding on chrome wheels -
Anyway, glad to be joining this community and hope to be able to add some valuable input as time goes on!
Oh, and that signal stalk...I despise how flimsy it is to the point that I don't want to signal anymore!
I will post some pics once I'm granted the right t post pics
