Smile New girl in town

I'm hoping to help my G'son with his 2005 Jeep Grandcherokee issues. Think I have already solved his biggest problem. (Window Lock not working - I will check CB3 in the Power Distribution Center. The only other thing not working is the driver door lock so I doubt it is #7 in the interior fuses.) Wish me luck. I am so GLAD that I found this forum!!

Howdy! Welcome to Jeep Garage

And like the previous person said, post up any questions you may have in the troubleshooting section of the WK forum and someone should be along to help out

Re: New girl in town

Go figure. My G'son told me his jeep is a 2005. I checked the title and it says 2004, I ran a (NMVTIS) check by VIN and it indeed is 2004. That bumps me into the WJ model. (I can't find the corresponding fuse/CB in that years user manual(?). I'll keep searching... It will probably end up being the wires at the drivers door. Thanks for the welcome.

Re: New girl in town

Welcome to the garage.
The only circuit breakers in the WJ sit on the junction block under the drivers side dash. They are for the windshield wipers (CB1) and power seats (CB2).
Fuse 12 in the PDC under the hood is feeding the power locks (all). Did you only try the power locks with the remote, or also with the interior switch? If it doesn´t work from both, then probably there is a wire break inside the drivers door boot.
Are power windows also not working? Which window(s)?
