New Girl with the Patriot and flooded fog light!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

So I'm new to this site. I have a 2013 Jeep Patriot Sport.

Anyways, I need some help.
Last Sunday, I took my Jeep out to the river and went through a decent sized puddle. Well, after I got home I noticed my right fog light had water in it. And because I had to turn my fog lights on, the bulb exploded. I know how to replace the bulb, but how do I drain the fog lamp itself. I need to get the water, and glass out now.

Help please!!!

And can anyone suggest some Halogen or LED bulbs that would be great for my headlights and fog lights? Please and thank you!!

You'll have to take it apart to dry it out and clean up the broken glass. If you're going to be hittin up the water, mud, etc a lot look into off-road fogs and stuff
