This is starting to become common with Chrysler - advertising a lower "base" price and then making options "mandatory".
The actual starting price for the Altitude was $35,595 for 4x2 models and $37,595 for 4x4 models.
A loaded 4x4 5.7L Altitude model would have a sticker of well over $42,000... that's more than $13,000 over the base Laredo 4x4 price!!!
