Talking New Member Looking for HELP!

Perhaps this is the wrong forum but I am looking for some assistance. I am from Ontario, Canada and the temperature as would have it is sitting at 32 degrees F and my windshield washers crapped out. I found the hoses and what appears to be 1 loose end coming from the reservoir. How do I remove said reservoir or just take it to the dealer, I am sure it is just a hose has popped off.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Might want to post a picture if you can.
The reservoir should just have a couple bolts holding it in. Dealer price tends to be a bit more than online price from some of the places like moparpartsonline but given it is winter, I'd be inclined to pay the money if your bottle is leaking. New bottles don't have the pump, thats separate. You can jumper voltage to the pump to make sure it is turning.

If not, pull all the hoses and make sure they are free, replace if necessary.
Then check the nozzles. If you have fine copper wire you can usually unplug them.
