they are for a 2005 dodge durango... only ones so far that i found that would fit a 2005 jeep with the hemi.. i didnt find any specifically for the 5.7 only the srt8 for the jeep

Depends on the year that the 5.7 Hemi Block was made and also the accessory placement (i.e. AC Compressor, Power Steering Pump, Alternator).

The 2003/4 5.7 Hemi does not have the holes tapped in the block for the placement on the AC Compressor, as the WK was not made yet. Other than that I believe it depends on which front (timing) cover you attach to the Hemi block as the Timing cover has all the accessory attachment points on it. Other than that there is no difference in the 5.7 Blocks.

Thank you for the info man,

Do you have any pics of these installed, How well do these fit (any mods needed), what are these headers made out of (304 Stainless) and what did you do from the headers to the Cats to the first Muffler flange?

We are going to need some pics on this setup.

Re: New member to the garage!!

the headers came with downpipes with spots for the first o2 sensors than i have magnaflow high flow cats than it goes 3" all the way back out the side of the vehicle... working on elecrtonic dumps before the magnaflow cats!!!! the ports from what i know on the 5.7 gurango hemi whould match the ports on the 5.7 wk hemi the only adjustments needed on mine was knocking in the firewall on the passenger side about 2 " for clearance ... so it would probably be real difficult without pullling the motor

Re: New member to the garage!!

Yeah I'm watching with interest mate.... can't wait to see a full diary of what you've done, assuming you have time
Sounds like an epic build.
I gather you're converting the electronic throttle to cable? I've been chasing a laggy elec throttle for 2 years now, currently have a replacement throttle pedal on order (it has 2 sensors in it), with luck thaat will fix my jerky/laggy throttle!

Joisus H Christ! If you're installing a complete stand alone computer/wiring, just be done with it and put a Motec in it for that kinda money!
