I just joined yesterday. I've got a 2004 Grand Cherokee and my wife has a 2009 Grand Cherokee. I'm looking for a decent lift kit for mine but not sure what to get. I've already upgraded the stock stereo in mine and it's loud! Lol, she hates it!!!

Hi there,Rough Country brand is as good a place to start as any,but a lot depends on your lift choice, body, suspension,or both, just remember, always go with quality, sure shock absorbers are polar on price(wide range) but you want them to last and keep you and your family safe,if you go with a modest 4" lift,it allows you to go with 35+ style tires, just bear in mind you would need fender flares for most options,so you can keep road debris from damaging the body of your Jeep, also,in some states, its a legal requirement to have the body,ie fender flares, covering the wheels. Also,is it for looks?Off roading capability or both? For looks, less expensive tire+wheel package, off roading, well, then you get into a plethora of choices and will probably end up with a head cold before you make a choice. Many here have lifts so there will be varying opinions on what brand etc.Me personally love my JGK as it is.My old 1990 Wrangler is lifted, has been since a week after I bought it new in 1990 and enjoy every minute off road with it.
Anyhoo, check ut Rough Country,i found them to be very helpful and informative.:)
