Newbee from TEXAS 07
I'm a handy guy to have around. Replaced the hot water heater, fixed my AC, took apart and fixed our dishwasher, replaced the toilet, built furniture... But I am lost under a hood and it's time to fix THAT.
Just bought an 07 WK Overland 5.7 V8 HEMI w/ 50K miles on it. Freaking love it. My first Jeep.
First thing I did was pickup a rock and break into, it but that's another story. After repairing the glass, the second thing I picked up was a K&N stock air filter. Then the wireless headphones for the VES.
I want to replace the spark plugs, plug wires, and then the shocks. I know what the average MPG should be and I know I'm not getting it. Plus, there is too much bounce and sway in the ride and handling which seems odd with only 50k.
Any fatherly advice and direction is much appreciated.
