Anybody know what I'm supposed to do here? I searched the Audio section and couldn't find anything.. Please, anybody chime in!
You've discovered the dreaded CAN B BUS system that Chrysler uses. I had the same issue when I was running an aftermarket deck.

3 important wires when hooking up the deck;

Black - Ground
Yellow - Battery (continuous)
Red - Ignition (switched)

Ground, you'll obviously want to ground. Yellow, you'll want to run a wire from the battery (+) to this wire. Red, you'll want to tap into the red/positive/power wire that is used to power the 12v outlet to the left of the shifter. Fuse this wire with an inline fuse, 3 amp.

Thanks for the warm welcomes everybody

I actually got it figured out today, going by what Matt posted, ended up needing to just splice the ign wires into the left cigarette lighter harness and it was good to go!

As far as details on the s2000...

was stock motor with a custom (pieced together) turbo kit.

ran:

AEM EMS
tilton cerametallic twin disc clutch
quaife lsd in the rear end with stock gearing
tein flex's with edfc
OEM NSX wheels with 235f/255r bfgoodrich kdw2's.

had a gt35r, switched to 30r
1 off intercooler piping
1 off oil and coolant lines
precision 750hp front mount
1 off exhaust
650cc precision injectors

cusco strut bars in the front and rear
cusco sway in the rear

it made 340rwhp on the 35r @ 8psi, 450rwhp @ 15psi on the gt30.

It was a lot of fun but my girlfriend hated it (only female who seemed to feel that way, figure that one out?) and winter was coming up and instead of having the s2k sit in the garage and rocking a shitty beater for the winter, I sold it to the owner of Humble Performance in Tulsa, Oklahoma who is making it his shop/drag/show car and picked up my Jeep.

Loving it so far and I'm sure it'll be even better in the upcoming months

Re: Noob from Ohio. Already have a question!

Oh, and I did track the s2000 once, ran 15.6 spinning all the way through 1st and 2nd (terrible track, had to adjust lol), then a 13.6, 12.9, 12.8 and finally a 12.5 to finish out the night. Nothing too crazy but definitely fun enough for me

And for plans on the jeep:

I plan on blacking out the windows and doing my headlights with a blackhousing and HID's and will probably powdercoat the wheels black so I guess, yes I'll be blacking it out haha

and I'm not going to get into anything too quickly.. I have to wait for my 3 month bumper to bumper warranty from the CPO to wear off before I can touch anything anyway

Wow, very nice. 450whp on a car that light must have been nuts!

Welcome to the Garage! Neat lil collection of slammed cars you've had; seems as though they would all be snow plows in winter though, haha.

And your Jeep will make it so easy for you to do a blackout sonce your trim is already black. It took me about a month to completely black out my SRT8:
