p1756 code/parts question

SO i just put in a used, 200142RE tranny into my 2000 jeep GC and its giving me the p1765 code. I have read other forums about this code and think that the code being thrown at me is the issue im having. Right before i come to a stop my car will jerk, sometimes minor and sometimes a little rough. I am thinking that it has something to do with it downshifting into first, but i dont know. also when i am completely stopped my car will jerk, but not that often at all.

My reason for posting is i need to know, when ordering the solenoid and sensor online, how I can tell which sensors are 3 pin and 4 pin? is it that i have to try and look at the picture and see or maybe there are part numbers for both types. i have to buy both the 3 and 4 pin because i dont know which one is installed in my tranny. Thanks for reading!

Re: p1756 code/parts question

According to the next site, the 2000 and up models use the same governor pressure transducer/solenoid. Have a look here: Pressure Solenoid Kit Dodge "RE" Models Oem Brand New !
The pressure transducer from that picture has 4 pins.

Do you know where to find a 3 pin? And how do you know it's a 4?

Re: p1756 code/parts question

Just go to the site of www.electricaladvantage.net and you can see it for yourself, a picture is shown with a 4 pin connector. According to this site, your model should have this 4 pin connector.
