Unhappy Radio

Hi ,new member not sure of the procedure. I have a question does anyone know how to delete pre selected radio stations to add new ones.
Also I have a 2014 Cherokee limited that has a vibration problem when I reach the speed between 35-45 mile per hour and then id gone. Dealer and Chrysler give me the can't seem to duplicate the problem every time I bring it back to the dealership.

Re: Radio

For the radio, just program the new station over the old one.

As for "Can't Duplicate", that is the first thing dealer service personnel are taught to say when an issue is not obvious. It is easier than learning to diagnose. This training is not limited to Jeep. Ford techs say it with a smile and then ask for a good rating if you get a survey.

You might want to ask the service manager to ride along while you drive. If you can't duplicate it, there's not much they can do. Although it does sound like a wheel balance issue.

Re: Radio

Thank you for the radio tip. Also the vibration- the dealer said they rebalanced the tires, maybe I should have them rebalanced at another mechanic?
