As for "Can't Duplicate", that is the first thing dealer service personnel are taught to say when an issue is not obvious. It is easier than learning to diagnose. This training is not limited to Jeep. Ford techs say it with a smile and then ask for a good rating if you get a survey.
You might want to ask the service manager to ride along while you drive. If you can't duplicate it, there's not much they can do. Although it does sound like a wheel balance issue.
