I've been lurking around for a bit and decided to finally post. I'm the car guy of the family and I love how Chrysler came back from a terrible situation and is now cranking out beautiful GCs. Our family has owned pretty much Japanese cars for 20 years but that changed in 2011 when we added an Audi A4 and a Kia Sportage Turbo to the family. I drive a new Civic and I love it.
The Kia is simply too small for everyday use, and while it's efficient and the turbo kicks some butt, it rides terribly and could never take us on a vacation (I had to bring my Civic and that up to college and it was a tight squeeze). We love biking and are an active family. The GC is the first legitimate SUV I've found that can replace the Kia and has everything we want!
I found a beautiful Deep Cherry Red with Beige/Black interior GC Limited 3.6L 4x4 with Tow Package, Sunroof, and 8.4N near me and will be going for a test drive this week. Can't wait to see if a new Jeep GC can be the first American (yeah, yeah, I know the engine's from Mexico) car in the garage in over 25 years!

Well I just got back from the dealer for my first drive. Drove a Cashmere 4x4 Limited 3.6 with the roof and nav and was very impressed on the 13 mile drive! The GC is very quiet, and the V6 is more than enough for me and the family. It's really nice inside and I can't wait to see how the other competitors stack up.
