What should I do first to my '15 Laredo QT1

Just purchased '15 Grand Cherokee Laredo E QT1 and wanted to know what recommendation anyone had regarding performance upgrades and tires.

Dump the stock tires and get a set of Cooper Discoverer AT/3. I love mine and I wish I had bought them sooner.
