255/75R17 they say these are like 32's
These are the standard BFG's MT's that come with the Rubicon's.

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

Decided to tackle replacing the isolator bushings from the front axle this weekend. I had already done this on my wife's XK a couple of years ago, so I knew what a pain it would be . It would all be worth while because now the shifting is smooth as I knew it would be. It took me a total of 7 hrs to complete the job and now I know I have bushings for a while.

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

Looks good and it seems like you tackled the hard parts first like that strut fork bolt and isolator which is always good in the long run! I love the color too, seems like the build is going in the right direction!

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

On a separate note: Also installed rear tail/stop/turn LED lights to the bumper for better visibility (kind of like the rear fogs in the SRT models). I had already done this to a previous WK I had and like the look, so I decided to do the same with this one. I will post a picture later to showcase the work.

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

Not the type of mod I wanted, but with the family and the hot summer I just had to replace the evaporator core, expansion valve, dryer and fan clutch, because the A/c was acting up so decided this needed to be replaced. With the help of a friend we did this in one day, but it was quite a bit of work since the entire dash board has to come apart to reach the evaporator core
The initial diagnosis was just to replace the evap core, expansion valve and dryer, but once we were there we noticed a little play in the fan clutch, so just decided to replace it since we were already there to help keep the engine cool

I'm glad we did this and the A/C works awesome now!

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

I have these led lights and 14" light bar that I want to install, but still haven't figured out where exactly they will go.

Also on another note, I will be working on the rear brakes of the Jeep because they will need to be replaced, so will look into replacing rotors, pads and the parking brake pads/cable too. When completed I'll post pictures of that too.

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

Looks good. The look I'm after. The lift you have. Manufacturer? Is it the strut fork front?/if so how do you like it?

Re: 05 WK Limited Build Thread

I believe the manufacturer is Heavy Metal and yes its the extended strut fork but haven't really noticed a big difference. Its worked really good for me and haven't had any issues up to now. I have owned both types of lift and they both work the same to me, not much difference.
