I partially agree that a 1/4" lift is more than a 1/4" of suspension lift, but i measured my RC lift. The front spacers are 2 1/8" and the rear is 1 3/4". If the fron was double, you'd have 4 1/4" of suspension lift which i can assure you it does not, and you'd have a really "nose up" look on the truck, since the rear is a solid axle with the springs located directly over the axle. I think it's more like 30%, cause this would give you a 2.75" lift in front and the 1 3/4 rear, for the "level" look that most off road guys want.

It might make a difference whether its placed on top of the strut assembly or within the assembly preloading the struts.

I've heard on top is better. And no I didn't mean it like that! hahaha, in THAT way on top, bottom, behind, in front, who cares as long as the deed is getting done!
