I don't know the name of the wheel, but both tires and wheels are ProComp

Price! Wrangler wheels are a dime a dozen these days and they look pretty good. Of course, after I added the cost of 1.5" spacers to get the right offset, I'm not sure I saved much.

I still have Pintlers for my winter/non-trail tires.

THEY'RE LOUD! I personally think they are the best tire for rock crawling (good traction, nice shoulder tread, kevlar puncture resistence), but as an every-day tire, I'm not so fond.

That's a custom bumper I designed and helped to fabricate (I can use an angle grinder, but I'm not a welder, so I had help with that. Also the center section cover was formed by a professional sheetmetal shop - it's a work of art and master craftsmanship with it's compound curved bends.)

Isn't Guenella Pass paved now? Might be a good fall trip.

Red Cone is a good trip.

My Jeep doesn't have any body damage and I don't expect it to get any, either.

No, I haven't done Black Bear pass. That trail kinda intimidates me. The penalties for failure are rather extreme.

Re: Chinamen's Gulch Pics

Awesome looking rigs and those trails look like fun! I need to get up to speed and get mine trail ready. It makes me miss the 99XJ I used to run trails and mud in.
