Finally Lifted

Spent the last couple days finally lifting my rig. The past year or so I've been on SRT reps, but the Columbus roads are not friendly to the lowered. Here's some before and after.

The lift is the Rough Country spacer lift. Wheels and tires I picked up cheap locally from and JK owner. Also running 1.5" wheel spacers. Not sure how I feel about the wheel spacers. They make the tires stick out quite a bit past the body, which looks cool yes, but also kicks up a lot of dirt and rocks.

Also my measurements seem kinda weird. With a 255/70/17 tire am measuring 38" in the front and 36" in the rear. Does this seem right?

Re: Finally Lifted

What are everyone else's measurements? These seem a little extreme.

Re: Finally Lifted

Measure from the center of the hub to the fender instead of fender to ground. That will give you a more accurate measurement of the actual lift, I'm betting you'll be around the 21.5" +/- measurement everyone else gets with that lift. Everything looks fine from the pics you provided.

Also, you could go down to a 1.25" or try an Ebay 1" spacer thats still hub/wheel centric instead of the spidertraxx. I have the same size as you, and agree that it does throw more stuff up on the sides with the tires sticking out, but I've never had a real problem with rocks or dirt harming anything from it. Just gets things a bit more messy at times. It's a Jeep, it's supposed to get dirty
