I finally caved and saved up for some new wheels, tires, and the superlift. I still need to find a link to the cheapest superlift kit (help plz!) but already have my 18" rockstars which I plan to run without center caps. Also got 33x12.50 Toyo Open Country Mud terrains.
Well, I go off to school in the morning. Finished the rear but the front was giving us too much trouble. CAn't get the damn strut fork lower bolt out. Twisting inside the bushings, used torches, air tools, breaker bars...
Gonna give in and take it somewhere to do the front for me. Rough 4 days but proud to say we finished the rear.
I'm right there with you! Almost can't wait to get home Friday to get things sorted out (I say almost only because college has been a blast so far). Gonna get a set of JBA's UCAs, have the shop put my the front Bilsteins in since I still haven't gotten around to putting them in myself, clean up a little bit of the rear end work now that I won't be in such a rush, repaint a few parts to keep the black and white theme going, replace my broken rear quarter window, order some LED reverse bulbs... Might have to make a full build thread.
I hope to be making the leap soon. Saving up some money for the 3.7. Gas mileage is just gonna suck pullin 33's with an engine that barely pulls itself. Gotta love the v6 baby!!
