Mods - if you could sticky this in the appropriate place until June 1, I'd appreciate it.
A bunch of Grand Cherokee owners get together once a year to test our rigs on the trails in Moab, Utah. The event is called Grand Slam West (GSW) and is a blast. Trail difficulty will range from moderate to are-you-a-lunatic? If you have a low range transfer case in your Grand, you can most likely do at least the moderate events. To enjoy the better trails you need rock armor, a moderate lift and decent tires.
We're still working on the finishing touches, but the info site for the event is here:
Cost will be roughly $30 per Jeep to cover permits and insurance (this is a non-profit event, we try to break even on costs, any extra collected is saved for next year's costs). There is a raffle of (primarily) 4 wheeling goodies at Saturday night's Pizza in the Park your entrance fee is your ticket to the raffle.
So if you want to test yourself and your rig with a bunch of other Grand Cherokees, join us June 4-6 in Moab.
