An OME lift will net you about 3", especially if you go for the HD coils. What are your plans for the Jeep?

As Omelet said the best way is to go with OME HD.

Re: How do I get an actual 3" of lift on a 06 jeep wk

echo OME HD.
I have the "3.5" RockKrawler with added bilsteins and it's 2.25 and a level. Also, my brothers BDS 2" pulled up to a OME HD yesterday same tires and rims as his wk and we measured, looks like the OME HD was 1.125 higher.
definitely OME HD.

If you are saying you want to combine your BB with some OME coils, then NO. That is a very bad idea!
