Nice congrats!!! Pics when done. The stock shocks will be ok but you'll want the bilsteins. Rock on

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

I have the 3.7 Laredo. Which bilsteins should I go with to improve the ride while upgrading the suspension? I found them on Summitracing.com but they are not 'HD'.

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

I found the Bilsteins on Eshocks.com for $310 with shipping for all four. Im torn if its worth it for me to get them or not. My truck only has 14k miles. What would you say is the biggest benefit of the upgrade?

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

Stay away from the Rock Krawler lift. it is complete junk and does not even come close to giving you 3.5 inches of lift. If you have any doubts just ask JonJon.

Are you talking about the bilstein 5100 adjustable struts? I would love to get these to raise the ride a bit more but they say they dont make them for the WK. am i missing something?

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

That thread seems to be only wj's. Do any WK's have these?

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

Anyone heard of problems with the ESP going crazy after a lift is installed? I know the Super Lift has a module you have to install to correct it, but I only have a 2in OME lift and my ESP has been kicking in under sharp cornering. Any recommendations besides turning it off? My tire size has been re-calibrated with the Diablo Tuner.

Re: Lifts and tire size thread :)

Pretty sure those Bilstein part #'s are for the WJ.
They're 24-186797 (fronts) and 24-186803 (rear).
