I just changed them out for a 1 1/4 spacer so I could lift the rear up a little for towing instead of using airbags, but I ran the 3/4" ones for a year.

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

I really can't decide between the RRO level kit or the full lift?

I'm going with the upgrade to 275/55/r20 tires. Those measure in at 32". I could probably get by with just the level kit. But on the RRO site, I really like the picture of the black W2K with the full lift and it says they're running 32" tires.

Anyone have any thoughts on this or has anyone gotten the level kit and then wished they'd gone with the full lift?

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

Well I got my Leveling kit on with the combo winch mount , skid plate and tow hooks installed. a package deal, I think it was worth it (1 day of overtime at work paid for it) I had an issue with the push bar fitting with the pre runner skid plate got it figured out, BUT it is a POSER for now because the WARN 9.5 would not work so got to save a few more $$$ to get the WARN V10000
The only bad thing is i told the Kid working on it what i was going to do RE: the UNFINISHED look with the Skid plate on, Well he ran with it and thought he would do me a favor and do it for me it looks ok but He is not a finisher as in rough cuts, i wanted to retain a LiL more of the valance heres a few pictures

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

Too Long! LOL , The winch and bumper kit took about 4-5 hrs thats with beer and pizza!! all went pretty smooth , although the directions could have been a little more clear ,maybe better pictures and a few more steps,

as for the leveling kit I had the local garage installe that and he charged 2 hrs labor ,, not too bad

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

So, I just got this kit installed a couple of days ago.

Definitely looks better...but also definitely seems to be a touch lower in the rear. I did a before and after measurements from the ground through the center cap and to the bottom lip of the factory fender inner.

Before:
Rear: 35"
Front: 33"

After
Rear: 35"
Front: about 1/8" above 35"

Maybe it will have to settle but if it doesn't, I will put some spacers in the rear...maybe just 1/2" if they make them. I'll do some searching.

Since we are talking about it, tomorrow I am getting some Pro Comp 7036 wheels on it. Can't wait!

Then next week, new Bushwacker WK2 flares go into the body shop to be painted body color.

Right after that, on goes the Trailhawk grille and tailgate piece.

This is gonna look pretty damn good when I am done. I'll post pics.

Thanks to all who have contributed to this thread!

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

How much does it cost to get the kit installed, for anyone who paid someone to do it instead of doing it themselves?

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

I think it will vary. I didn't have the time or the tools (AFAIK) to do it and I paid my local shop to do it. It came to $350 with the alignment, but I think that is high compared to what others have posted.

Re: New RRO leveling kit, Done the right way!!!

Placed an order for RRO leveling kit for GC 14.

However, I was wondering what are the biggest tires that could be fitted on the stock wheels without spacers?
