Newly installed OME HD

I switched for the RK 3.5 to the OME HD last weekend. What an incredible difference! I went with bilstein struts up front and bilstein 5125's that are extended 2". Here are a few pictures from just seeing how it flexes.

This is with sway links connected in the rear. So I was not able to see full droop.

Re: Newly installed OME HD

looking good! makes me want the OME setup even more! .. I'm trying to be cost efficient though.. and currently have a daystar in with stock struts and shocks.. thinking of what to do come tax time. part of me whats to just do some bilsteins up front and MLLs in the rear and another part of me wants to do OME springs with it or the whole OME setup.

so i'm dealing with spending: 280+ labor, 580+labor, or 700+labor.

sucks I cant install on my own.

OME is in a league of its own. It rides really nice when compared to BB kits, even nicer when compared to the RK.

In terms of the setup to run, it all depends on what you will use it for. For me, the extra weight carrying and added rake were not needed. I wanted a level look with the extended shocks.

It sucks you can't install it yourself, it makes for a pricey install.

Re: Newly installed OME HD

Hmmm did you consider the MLLs in the rear over the 5125s? I have a line on OME HDs... Debating going bilsteins on all 4'corners or MLLs in the rear and bilstein HDs in the front. Looks good dude. Dig it. Going up in tire size or sticking with the 255s?

I did consider the MLLs but I've heard that they are both hard and squeaky. I'm gonna squeeze the largest tire I can possibly fit. The 265's will do for now.
