Every wheeler knows that your vehicle will perform much better by deflating your tires to the appropriate psi, but once you are done wheeling for the day, you need to fill back up for the ride home.
So, i got tired of waiting on a long line of wheelers airing up and decided to install my own system! i bought a P/N 10005 Viair on board air system that runs up to 150 psi, i run my air horns from it as well, very well built system and has a very nice powder coat finish.
I highly recommend this system to anyone, lifted or dropped, you will find many uses for it.
i loved my viair system i had in my wrangler. ran my train horns and filled my tires. and once all my friends new i had it i became roadside service..lol
The kit was $240 from some dude on Ebay ( i jumped on that! LOL) the horns were free since my dad works in a trucking yard.
I think the Viair sells for $450 or so.

2 winters and no problems, my rear skid protects the tank.
i dont think in an inspection they can nab you..but we dont have those here, in FL they are technically illeagle, if they hear it, not see it.., but the cops dont mind as long as you use them as a horn and u dont just ride down through town honking.
I don't get inspection but i also keep my oba off unless i am on long rides or on the trails. my switch is hidden from view too so that helps.
Try Ebay for a good horn like Hemijon said, good stuff on there.
Technically they are illegal cause train horns are waaay to loud. But dont get caught using them. You can get trucker horns too, those are street legal. Train horns need to be heard from miles away.
oh man that would be awesome to use when someone is driving slow in the left lane!!!! maybe ill get a trucker horn since they are street legal and i will have to get an inspection done when i move to PA in a few months!
What about a stand alone air compressor? Those Duracell Powerpacks, the ones that can jumpstart your car come with an air compressor. Would it have enough power to air up your tires when your done?
