Overland on rocks

Had a chance to go off roading this weekend. My overland has a winch added to it, otherwise stock.

Off road II package, quadra track quadra lift, factory skid plates, factory "off road" Michelin.

The jeep drives like a champ, it went anywhere I asked it too. Other jeeps there were wranglers, highly modified Cherokees and one samurai.

Some footage of the tracks

With rock rails and good tires, this will be a killer, the electronics do most of the work for you locking differentials and stopping wheels while you just point the wheel..........

Re: Overland on rocks

I had a little trouble with the commentary ...
... but the video was great!

Re: Overland on rocks

Northern Jersey.
It was real fun, this group is cool, easy going and relaxed. It was my first time joining them.

We had a suzuki that rolled over, and everyone jumped in, we had it up and winched away to safety in 5 minutes.
Had fun, took all the garbage back from the trail :-)

Re: Overland on rocks

Great videos. Thanks for sharing. You have guts to go out there with those tires. And I'm glad the Jeep ahead of you did not kick a rock up into your windshield.
