Putting new Duratracs through the paces

My Trailhawk got new Duratracs (LT275/65/18) mounted on Monday so hit the trail today to have some fun.

Did China Wall near Lake George, Colorado and love the new rubber.

Re: Putting new Duratracs through the paces

Yep not cheap and that base price doesn't include Rigid Industries LED lightbars wired front and rear (additional $1,000.00 plus) then add RotoPacs and axe/shovel mounts) but worth it to me for what I use it for.

Re: Putting new Duratracs through the paces

Yes it has QuadraLift air suspension but there are no issues at any of the ride heights from normal to lowered 1.5" at park/entry level or raised 2.5" at OR2 height

Putting new Duratracs through the paces

There are several tire threads on the forum where members have posted their various tire size / brand /wheel offsets with or without spacers and suspension setups stating what worked or if they had issues. There is a wealth of shared information on this forum and it has definitely helped me do my research before making major mods/purchases.

Hope you find what works for you.

Re: Putting new Duratracs through the paces

Thanks for the good information. Your Jeep looks great.
I am planning on putting the same tires on my 2015 WK2 3.0.
How is the ride impacted by the LT tires? Unfortunately, much of my driving is not off-road.

Re: Putting new Duratracs through the paces

Thanks Lars2616, my wife and I don't notice any harsh ride with the LTs but we 4-wheel 3 out of 4 of our vehicles so may not be the best judges
