Rough Country lift, shock size???

Hey guys, I am getting ready to order the rough country 2" lift/level kit and was planning on adding new shocks and struts while down there. I was wondering if I would need longer than stock sizes or if i can just stay with OEM sizes?

Re: Rough Country lift, shock size???

Any lift will change the intended & designed geometry of your suspension system and you want to retain it as much as possible (for a multitude of reasons).

I'd get longer shocks and if you can afford shocks with reservoirs then go that route as you will "maintain" the ride quality of factory. Stock struts should be fine.

I believe Rough country sells a 2" Lift with appropriately matched shocks.
