Re: Some pics of the lift...

What type of lift did you use? Did you put it in yourself or have it installed? Thanks, Looks amazing, I am doing mine as soon as Santa comes!

Rocky Road Offroad 2.25" kit, my dad and I installed it, took about 4-5 hours.

I believe originally RRO was sending their instructions stating that the rear coil spacer is to be placed on the bottom of the coil. However they realized this was a mistake and their new instructions now correctly state to put the rear coil spacer on top of the coil.

Re: Some pics of the lift...

I thought that was a little weird when i saw the spacers on some lifts on the bottom. Almost every TJ lift or rear coil lift i had ever seen was on the top. On a coil sprung front end like an Xj or ZJ or WJ the spacers go on top as well.

Yeah I believe someone on JU had their spacers fail because they were on the bottom.

Re: Some pics of the lift...

Did you two find it difficult to install? Any tips? I am going to be putting a lift on my wk in about a week and will most likely DIY. Thanks for your help.

I didn't find it very difficult - but I had already taken the suspension apart before to install Bilstein' struts/shocks.

Just take your time - read through all the instructions first. It is pretty straight forward, just some of the bolts will probably be stubborn if you've never done any suspension work before.
