Re: Superlift Finally Done!

Hey! I was wondering if my old OEM strut fork was being put to good use. Way to go Nick!

Great job!
Tell me about it. Had the RK kit on for a while but kept looking at it thinking, "Damn, I wish this thing stood a little taller." Ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to (wheels+tires - $2220, kit - $1600, front install $850) but I'm perfectly happy with the way it turned out.

Ya, I've driven it about 200 miles so far and will be tightening things up this weekend. Nobody wants their car to fall apart goin down the road

Re: Superlift Finally Done!

It looks awesome.

Is it more sluggish than the old set up?

Yea. Nothing terrible but noticeable. I'm gonna have to get a superchip. The gears aren't shifting at the right points whatsoever and the techtronic shifting seems like a placebo cause it does what it wants to with shifting anyways. I'd love to have a little bigger engine for the Jeep but it's still plenty powerful for what I use it for.
