Uneek Rock Rails install on a WK2

Hey guys! So my Uneek Rock Rails came in today! I would have received them sooner but I was holding out for the group buy... It took about 8 days to arrive in Houston, Texas. I think that is pretty good considering it traveled all the way from our friends down under! I have attached a couple of photos of the "unboxing". Craig and David at Uneek did a great job of packaging the rock rails! So far, from what I have seen, the build quality looks great on these rock rails!

I have to leave out of town for work tomorrow, so I will not be able to start on the install any time soon. :-(

I will try and post some more photos of the rails later on when I have the time...

Hopefully I can keep you guys posted of my progress with these Uneek rock rails.

All I can say is so far so good!

Box looks a bit torn up at one end - didn't have a stowaway drop bear by any chance?

The way that stuff is wrapped I don't see any way it would get damaged in shipping

Re: Uneek Rock Rails install on a WK2

@MarkinVan - I am still out of town. :-( And my social coordinator has me going to a weekend wedding when I get back. Grrrr... So I might not get a good weekend until November... But I have an incentive to document the install so it will happen...

I am curious how the ends are finished and I'm pretty certain they will look great on your truck.

Re: Uneek Rock Rails install on a WK2

Finally made it back to Texas but between my social coordinator and work, I have limited time to work on the jeep...

@ MarkinVan - I have included some photos of the ends of the rock rails...

I had a small window to work on the Jeep and took some shots of the test fit...

Not sure I will have time to get back to the jeep this weekend... Since my dance card is a little full... :-(
