that's not what I'm doing I personaly like the offroad look. Just cause it's lifted, it doesn't mean it's gonna be beat to hell

Its not that, I have been wheeling since i learned how to drive, i have had 3 Lifted XJs and between the constant want/need to upgrade, beef up or make it better the wallet just cant afford it on a vehicle that only cost $2200 let alone on something that was $15k.

You can ask anyone from my old club, i was so nice to my old 98 XJ on 35s, i did everything i could to avoid damage (it was a rock machine no mud for me) but just 4 wheeling alone takes its tole on a vehicle then comes the unsuspecting damage.

I could never justify doing it with a $15k + vehicle.

Go with Superlift if money is not an issue. I have had the 3.0 RK and now have the Superlift...big difference in ride quality and overall stance. It's a tested kit with good customer support, I haven't read any bad reviews of this kit on other forums. I love it!

Off topic of lifting a Jeep, but I only paid 11.4K for my 05 3.7 WK Laredo, then pumped about 3K for my "street srt" mods including stereo system.

But there is no way in hell I would ever take my daily driver on trails. My cousin has a ford truck that he is always fixing due to offroading. I do however wish I kept my 94 5.2 Limited GC instead of trading it in for a measly 500 bucks and put swamper tires on it, dont even bother insuring it or registering it, then beating the piss out of it on trails then leaving it there when I break it and set it on fire for fun, taking the plates with me of course. Lol.

If you drive right and protect your vehicle you can really limit any offroad damage. Of course beating the piss out of it doesn't fit into the category of driving right.

I wheel my brand new 08 i spent over 41K on - of course more then 5600 of that was preparing it for the trail.

i do have plans on driving my WK out there for EJS. Just waiting for my son to get old enough to enjoy it.

You should come to Grand Slam West instead - 40-50 Grands - it's pretty cool and the spotters know how to spot for Grands.
