wk lift on a wk2

could this be done? I dont know and I'm just curious about to why a wk lift kit wouldnt fit a wk2.

Does anyone know the answers to this whats the differences between the wk and wk2 as far as frame and suspension?

Re: wk lift on a wk2

I don't think it would be anywhere remotely possible...I could be wrong though. The WK2 uses a Independant front and rear suspension as opposed to the Wk which only had Independant Front. Also the Wk2 uses a unibody design whcih differs from the body-on-frame that the WK used.

I'm pretty sure every Grand Cherokee since 93 has been uni body.

You are correct. It was a big change in design from the WK frame to the WK2 frame so I think it might still be a tough fitment for a carryover suspension mod.

Re: wk lift on a wk2

I wish I would have done a little more research on mine before I got it. It was between our wk2 and a new rubicon I wanted the rubicon my wife said the wk2 it was only a 4000 dollar difference and a happy wife is a happy life but so of course she won...
