WK2 Lift

For my first post I wanted to ask, has anybody tried or is it even possible to use the Dobinson 40mm Coils and shocks http://www.dobinsonsprings.com/docs/...df/JEEP-62.pdf

then add the RR spacer lift? Assuming that you did the UCA and Bwoody links.

Sold my lifted WK last year and looking to get into a WK2 Limited, just want to see how much tire I can get under the truck.

Thanks

Chris

That would give you NO down wards suspension travel and the worst ride possible

Re: WK2 Lift

No downward travel as in excessively stiff?

Is there a better suspension lift out there? I had the OME lift on the WK and I loved it, just not sure I am a fan of spacer only lifts.

This is the look I would like to have: http://www.autoevolution.com/news-g-...ess/54089.html

Re: WK2 Lift

Search Dobinsons you'll find your answer. Quick answer... No combining the two.

Re: WK2 Lift

Thx, I think I will go the Dobinson route when the time is right. 50mm lift will do just fine.

My Dobinsons lift just came in and they wont work on the 4x4 model. The rear stock shocks are larger than the new ones. I didn't bother taking out the fronts. I'll post some pics tomorrow. Not to happy. I waited at least 3 months for these to come in and now I need to return them.
