Teach us a little about it..

How come we need an extension if we have a lift if all the other WKs in the past that have been lifted don't have longer sway links? I've read a lot about lifted WKs and never heard of the need to extend the links.

Look on JU pr JF....a lot of the lifted offroad guys buy stock replacements or equivelants. I guess maybe they bend or wear out?

Re: @@@@BWoody Performance Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.7, 4.7, 5.7 Sway Bar Link Group Buy@

Will a front end alignment be neccessary after installing the new links?

I just had my alignment done when I added the srt8 rear sway, and would hope to avoid paying for it again.

For one the OEM are weak and they wear out by around 20k miles, Ours wont wear out. There is a significant difference in handling, about the same benefits as upgrading the sway bars themselves but better, because the oem sway bar links are so weak.

Because their raising the sway bar angle up. Ours retains the OEM geometry which would retain the stability it was engineered for.

No it will not be necessary to re-allign the truck.

Their actually wearing them out due to the fact they changed the Geometry of the sway bar angle, actually placing more leverage on the link its self causing pre-mature failure.

The front ones look pretty easy, but not sure about the rears. I need to get a couple other little things done, so figure to kill 2 birds w/ one stone.

Thx Mike, I'm assuming that's one hour for all four links installed?
