Why have you guys not addressed the spring issues with the SRT8s? I brought this up with Road Magnet too. The fronts are too stiff and the rears too soft. Makes the ride harsh and bouncy. Plus the rears bottom out constantly.

I know I'm not the only one with these issues, as I've spoken to others who says the exact same things.

The rears were designed to be softer for better launching and for comfort, no offense but when you lower your vehicle you should realize that the ride will become substantially different. Out of the 780 sets we have sold we have less than a dozen that have complained about them, the rest love them. Have you rode in a jeep with Eibach springs installed? If you havn't find someone to give you a ride and feel the difference, ours ride like a cadillac compared to the eibachs.

Thats bull and you know it. Real comfortable when the axle's riding on the snubbers, right? The reason people aren't complaining is because they know they're gonna get a BS response like this one. No point in complaining if its not gonna get you anyplace. Thats why I went straight to Road Magnet instead of dealing with MHP or you, because a number of individuals told me exactly what response I'd end up with. Supposedly RM was supposed to be better, but I got nowhere with them either.

I didn't buy Eibachs. Yours were supposed to be better. Well, if these are better, I feel bad for the suckers with the Eibachs.

I know you guys don't like to hear this from customers, when you spent god knows how much for an engineer to design the setup, but you should have run 400# springs all around, not 2xx in back and 6xx in front. Those would have worked better without being brutally stuff.

Funny we have recieved nothing but great reviews on how much better they ride than OEM, the rear is harsh enough stock, which is the reason we went about 60lb lighter in the rear. I appologize if you are un happy, but i must state again, you lowered your vehicle for a more aggressive stance and better handling, there are pros and cons with any modification done to your vehicle. When lowering ANY vehicle your ride will become harsher no if, ands or butts about it. I have never Once pushed these on any forums the customers that have bought them have, which should speak for itself. We have a very very hard time keeping these springs in stock, if there are so many people unhappy as you say they are why are we still selling more than we can get manufactured? These have been on the market for 11 months now 60 -70 sets per month and why is that? Because the majority enjoy the ride and understand there are pros and cons when lowering a vehicle, I guess they figure the pros out weigh the cons.

And if you would like i will talk to mark at road magnet to see if we can get a higher spring rate in the rear for you.
