Another thing I would do is move the seat all the way up torward the dash. That seams to help too. It will also allow easy access to underneath. Might seem silly but it worked for me.

OK nothing worked so I took it in to the dealer. They said that the seat belt tensioner on the passenger side shorted out. They quoted me $175 for part and an hour and half of labor all total $325 out the door. Is this something I can do? I understand why people call them a "Stealership".

More often than not it isn't the pretensioner, but its the wiring to it.There is a seperate little harness under the seat with a yellow plug on it.That is what goes bad 9 times out of 10.I would look into that especially if it happened right after you had the seat out.Its only like $35-$40.

I did get to talk to the tech before they took it back and he said it might be a broken wire. But that was his first thing that came to his mine when the computer said a short. Where's a good online site i can buy this wire harness?
