2007 Hemi not starting

Hello,
I went to start my jeep today and all i got was a click. My lights, gauges and all seem to be working. I pulled the DTC and it was a b2100 ignition run/start input circuit performance

Anyone ever seen this before? I hoping its just a bad starter relay.

Pull the driver side inner fender well, reach in and wiggle the starter wires. It probably is corroded.
