IF potholes are everywhere where you live, might want to avoid SRT bars and just go with the new Koni FSD shocks; super smooth, auto adjusting, and better handling than Bilstein, but at twice the cost. Oh...I also live in Chitown ! ............. but cheese will prevail......GO PACK !!!!!

Re: 2009 Overland 5.7 questions/opinions

yeah, i 100% agree. I saw both in person and while both look GREAT, the saddle looked so much more luxurious. Fell in love the second i saw it, and it really goes well with the cherry wood.
Almost time to mod already, but i think first is audio upgrades.

Re: 2009 Overland 5.7 questions/opinions

great looking ride! I have the HD bilsteins, F/R SRT8 sways and F/R BWoosy sway links. Huge improvement over stock. Whatever you do, change the shocks/struts as the stockers are CRAP! I am looking into coilovers right now, but may not do it as I am happy with my ride. It is afterall a 4k pound SUV and mine plenty sporty haha. do you mind if I ask what you paid? i love the saddle interior

Re: 2009 Overland 5.7 questions/opinions

sure. I live in Long Island. I paid 32k for the car whih seems pretty good considering it has 13k miles on it and every other one i saw was a little more money.

Has every option minus the rear entertainment.

Yeah when I was looking, new Overlands were few and far between, most of which had the light grey interior. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, especially with the dark grey piping, but that brown is really nice looking!

Re: 2009 Overland 5.7 questions/opinions

lol yeah its all a matter of taste. When i first saw the saddle brown in pictures i didnt like it at all. When i saw it in person I was blown away with how much nicer it actually looks. The 08's were easier to find but i wanted the newer engine specs so i limited myself to 09's.
