2010 Limted S Fogs

looking for what you guys have used to match your fogs to the projectors. I hate the look of the fogs being yellow vs the nice clear white light the headlamps provide.

i would prefer to just swap the bulbs out to something close vs changing out to a projector lamp.

thanks in advance.

Re: 2010 Limted S Fogs

...looking to just replace the bulb at this point. really just want the color to match is all. vs swapping in an HID setup. I realize the light output would be better with an HID setup. However I am adding much brighter lighting on other parts of the truck.

? Sylvania 9145ST ? anyone using these?

...going to pick these up in the morning and give them a shot.

Re: 2010 Limted S Fogs

HID's for real though... They're worth the extra hassle during the install... Don't be surprised if those sylvania bulbs don't match, or when they burn out quickly.

Re: 2010 Limted S Fogs

I've had issues in the past with Sylvania bulbs frying stock harnesses, just a warning.

Re: 2010 Limted S Fogs

Holy crap, where are all of these 2010 "S" owners coming from?? I thought there were like only 10 of these things made!

The only "bulbs" that I have ever used that were as close to HID without being HID were from here: http://www.hoen-usa.com/fog.htm . Seriously these are a great match. The only issue I had with them was that I had to replace them every 4-6 months because they would blow, but that could have been because they were H-3 bulbs which are not known to be very durable.
