4 x 4 5.7 L struggling in first and third. Feeling shaking shaking in steering wheel

For some reason when I'm accelerating sometimes after a good warm-up I accelerate with Leadfoot sometimes I can't help it, call me what you want. It feels like somewhere in between first and third that the steering wheel is shaking. Is a a jeep thing or A suspension issue? Or transmission.

It is not a Jeep thing; there is something wrong, My '06 has 130k and no such issues. We need more details about symptoms and history in order to help out; i.e. how many miles, and what suspension and drivetrain work has been done ? Could be front diff mounts going bad, for example which is very common.

Yeah, thinking front diff mounts or a sticky U-joint somewhere would be the places to start..

My '07 at about 110K miles does not do this.. though I do have one driveshaft CV joint that is running out of true that I need to replace.. but even that doesn't cause a steering wheel shake..

at 115k, your suspension, including at minimum all 4 shocks, upper and lower spring isolators, sway bar end links, sway bar bushings are shot, and if you have not replaced the front diff mount, it is likely shot also. As said before, we need more info on what work has been done in order to help troubleshoot the issues.
